Dr Alan Farrell
Alan is a medical doctor with over 25 years' clinical experience and the founder of Quantum. His career spans elite professional-sport medicine, preventive medicine, and men's hormone and metabolic health, and he is a recognised voice on the use of AI in clinical care.
At Quantum he leads the clinical side of the business — doctor-led consultations, comprehensive blood testing and hormone and metabolic optimisation — built around one simple aim: giving each man an accurate picture of his health and a clear, practical plan to act on it.
Brian Cashman
Brian leads the performance side of Quantum. He holds an MSc from UCD with postgraduate study in psychology and high performance, and his approach is built on the Hintsa performance model used at the elite end of sport.
With a C-suite background in high-growth business, he has worked with organisations including Spotify, McLaren Racing, KPMG and AIB, and delivers large-scale culture and leadership programmes alongside Archipelo Coaching and change expert Damian Hughes. At Quantum he turns better health into sustained performance — for individuals, teams and the cultures they work in.
